Program participant questions
If you're having trouble accessing your rewards program account or you have other questions, you can get help as follows:
1) If you have lost your password
If you know your username and we have your email address stored in our system under your profile, you can reset your own password by accessing our password reset screen. You will need to enter your User Name in the box provided and click the submit button. We will immediately send you an email that you can click to start the password reset process.

2) If you have questions about your order or redeeming points:
Once you log into the rewards catalog, extensive online help is available to answer the most common questions we receive about redeeming program reward points, placing orders, canceling an order or returning product.
3) If you are encountering browser problems
If you are encountering problems with your browser such an unsual screen formatting or input boxes not working properly, please make sure that you have installed the most recent update for your browser.
Usually you can click the "Help" menu selection on your browser to get updates.
4) If you have lost your Username:
Usernames are assigned by your program administrator during program setup. Your program administrator is responsible for issuing and managing points in your program, and for activating and deactivating user accounts.
You should have received a login instruction sheet with your Username during program launch. If you are unable to find your instruction sheet, you will need to contact your program administrator for assistance.
For security reasons, we cannot provide you with your username.
5) If you have program questions
Your program administrator is responsible for creating your programs and issuing points.
If you have program questions on how to earn points, why points were received or if your account has been deactivated, you will need to contact your program administrator for assistance.
6) If have other questions
If you have other questions or encounter an error while using our system, you can email our customer service center for assistance. If you contact us by email, we will respond to your request within 24 hours.

If you are a Program Administrator and have questions or encounter problems with you account, you can email customer service for assistance. You will receive a response with 24 hours.

- Creating and managing your site's organization structure
- Adding or deactivating program participants
- Creating new programs
- Requesting more points for your account
- Correcting a mistake issuing points
- Recapturing points issued
- Creating and viewing reports
- Billing questions
